A trained worker according to ČSN 05 0705 is a person who has acquired basic knowledge of safety regulations, basic welding procedures, and welding theory. This course is designed for those who need quick and targeted training to safely and effectively perform specific welding tasks for a particular employer (e.g., tack welding, flame cutting).
For new employees without prior experience.

Course Duration: up to 3 days
Course Content
Safety provisions, basic knowledge of the equipment and its operation, materials and their weldability.
Welding technology.
Occurrence of defects and their causes.
Welding regulations and standards.
Practical training to the extent required by ČSN standards and Technical Rules.
Course Completion Successful completion includes a theoretical part (test) and a practical part (welding of test samples).
Validity of the Introductory Training The “Trained Worker Certificate” is valid for 2 years from the date the exam is evaluated as satisfactory.
Rules for Renewal Validity can be extended after refresher training and re-examination in safety regulations. The extension is valid for another 2 years.
