According to the ČSN 05 0705 standard, welders are required to regularly complete periodic refresher training and re-examination on safety regulations. The goal is to reinforce the principles of safe work. These trainings improve workplace safety, protect workers’ health, and are essential for maintaining the validity of the welder’s certification.
For current welders who need to extend the validity of their welding certification (ZK, ZP).
For workers in metal production and mechanical engineering where regular welding knowledge updates are required.
Course Duration: minimum 2 hours
Course Content Review of safety provisions.
Course Completion Successful completion includes a written test.
Extension of Exam Validity By completing refresher training and re-examination, the validity of basic introductory courses is extended by 2 years.
Proof of Extension The proof of extension is a “Certificate of Refresher Training and Re-examination for Welders,” confirmed by a welding technician.
